Cocktail bar

Under the roof of Villa Sarasin, lounge with bar and cocktails offered by our bartenders. The Bar is reserved for visitors to the Show. Anyone wishing to access the lounge bar must go through the entrance fee. First cocktail free.

L’origine de Berry Bros. & Rudd Wine & Spirits Merchants nous reporte à l’année 1698, quand la veuve Bourne fonda son commerce en face du palace de St. James. Aujourd’hui, ses descendants sont à la tête du magasin sis au n° 3 de la St James Street à Londres. La Berry’s Own Selection comporte un grand choix de mises en bouteille de Vintage Single Malts tous brut de fût (Cask Strenght). Chaque fût est contrôlé par les experts de Berry Bros. puis sélectionné par Patric Lutz de la maison Charles Hofer SA avant d’être mis en bouteille en exclusivité pour le marché Suisse. Découvrez les toutes dernières mises avec Fernando Centeno, European Sales Manager. Entre autre : Ardmore 2008, Orkney Reserve 1999, Braes of Glenlivet 1994, Glentauchers 1997 (sélection peut encore varier selon arrivage).

The Macallan

The Macallan has the reputation of being one of the best single malts in the world. Founded in 1824, Macallan was one of the first legal distilleries in Scotland. Macallan Estate, located on a hill near Craigellachie on the banks of the River Spey, bears the mysterious name of "Easter Elchie House". Located at the point where the river accelerates its course in the shade of the Grampian mountains, the place offers conditions and in particular a unique climate for the manufacture of whiskey. Ambassador Nicola Riske introduces us to the whiskeys of one of Scotland's most iconic distilleries, featuring classics from the range as well as limited editions and novelties.

The Balvenie

Highland Park

Scotland's northernmost distillery Highland Park is located on an island in the Orkney Archipelago at the northern tip of Scotland. Founded in 1798, it is the sixth oldest Scottish distillery. Although the remote Orkney islands are at the same latitude as Stockholm, it enjoys an ideal climate for making whiskey. Few trees grow on this land rocked by the sea winds that give the peat, used to produce the Highland Park, its unique character. Nicola Riske, Ambassador Whiskey, takes us on a journey of craftsmanship and makes us taste these valuable products from the Highland Park range.
